The cap wall
A styled display of blanks in the colors and shapes you pick — Richardson 112 truckers, Richardson 115 low-profiles, Flexfit 110 fitted, plus dad hats and structured six-panels. Guests browse it like a shop.
Turnkey · Staffed · Built on site
We roll in a stocked cap wall, hand guests a patch-and-design menu, and press each hat live at a staffed station. Everybody leaves wearing something they made — nobody touches a hot plate.
Merch Troop brings the caps, the crew, the equipment, and the finished-hat handoff. You bring the guest list.

What shows up when you rent the bar
A hat bar is only as good as what’s on the wall and who’s running the press. We handle both. Here is everything folded into a single rental fee.

Chenille and embroidered patches, leather-look patches, and printed transfers your guests mix and match. Add a monogram, a date, an inside joke, or your logo to any cap.
Our operators heat-apply each patch or transfer at the bar. A hat is done in a couple of minutes, cooled on the rack, and handed back ready to wear.
Trained staff run the whole flow — greeting guests, keeping the line tidy, and handling every hot press. You never have to staff or babysit the station.
How a guest goes through it
Guests pull a cap off the wall in the color and shape they like. We stock a range so heads of every size find a fit.
They choose patches and placement from the menu — a name, a crest, a logo, or something silly for the group.
An operator lines up the design and presses it at the bar while the guest watches. No waiting days for a mail order.
The finished hat rests on the cool rack for a beat, then it’s handed over — a favor they’ll actually keep.

Every rental includes the cap wall of blanks, the patch-and-design menu, the heat-press equipment, and the trained crew who runs the station and presses each hat. You pick the styles and quantities; we bring and run everything.
Local rentals in Southern California generally start around $5,000 and scale with guest count, hours, cap styles, and travel. Staffing runs about $250 per hour, and events outside Orange County, LA, or San Diego add a travel fee. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
A single staffed station comfortably finishes 25 to 40 hats an hour depending on how elaborate the designs get. For larger crowds we add stations and staff so the line keeps moving.
